Counseling and Compliance

 

Partners with employers in creating a healthy and legally compliant work environment for their employees. Includes full spectrum employment law counseling on issues such as performance management, ADA accommodations, FMLA leave, COVID-19 related issues, and wage and hour. Also drafts, audits and revises employment policies and practices to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.


Mediation

 

Acts as a mediator for all manner of employment disputes, with a focus on class and collective wage and hour and ERISA actions. Includes mediation of specialty areas such as COBRA, New York Labor Law (NYLL) § 196-d, collectively bargained retiree benefits, and PAGA.


Litigation

 

Either as lead or co-counsel, Brosky Law handles a plethora of employment litigation, including FLSA and state law overtime claims, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, COBRA, and state and federal administrative proceedings. Admitted in Ohio and ____federal circuit and district courts.


Internal Investigations

 

Partner with employers in conducting Internal investigations into alleged harassment, fraud or other employee misconduct from the C-suite down.


Training

 

Provides in-person and virtual manager and HR training for employers. Employers can select a comprehensive employment law compliance program for their managers or more focused topics such as performance management, wage and hour compliance, the disability accommodation process, FMLA leave, and avoiding workplace harassment.
